Hi, I'm Kayla
I've been a personal trainer for 10 years. I grew up in Japan and have a Doberman named Evie. I specialize in strength development, fat loss and aesthetic training. I have worked in many types of gyms, and have competed in bodybuilding and weightlifting. I still compete in weightlifting, and have for the last 4 years. I love that I get to teach and share my passion with my DSM community.
